How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
You can expect the order to be delivered before or after the EDD suggested. However in general the product is dispatched within 2-3 working days and generally gets delivered within 5-7 working days.
When can I expect my order?
The Estimated Delivery Date updated on the tracking page is an approximate derived by evaluating multiple factors. Our carriers operation and deliver during standard business hours. You will be notified of your delivery schedule. We suggest you to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package as some delivery partners may require a signature on receipt. Please be advised that the Delivery partners do not make deliveries on some/all of the public holiday dates depending on the country you live in. In such case, the product is expected to be delivered on the next business day.
What will happen in case when tracking details show product delivered but customer has not received it?
It is a rare case as majority of the time the product is received by family members, neighbours, flat mates or is delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases we will refund full amount to the customer after we have done proper investigation of the case which takes 10 working days.
If you get the order delivered notification and you have not received the product then please let us know within 48 hours of the notification received. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and will resolve the issue. Post the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take the action and we will not be liable to any losses.
All disputes are subjected to Gujarat jurisdiction only.
Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage, i.e unboxing video to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly. The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
Lazy Llama works on a made-to-order model. We pay and get these manufactured and shipped for single pieces per order which is how thousands of designs are always in stock in all sizes, colors, and styles.
Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
